Webex App for Europe

Hi, we have developed a Webex app that is running well here in the US.
We would now like to add our app that is running a separate instance in Europe under the .eu extension.
I have added the domain to the app below, but during login, we are seeing a javascript error from the sdk about:
"requestId is null"

Is there any other setting that we need to make to support both US and Europe instances of our app?

FYI, for anyone else seeing this, I fixed my issue by including domains for:
meet.withalleo.eu
api.withalleo.eu
(even though I would have expected the *.withalleo.eu wildcard domain to catch these)

(I'm seeing the error "cannot verify domain")
This only seems to happen when adding a tab to a Space through my app.
If I add the App in-meeting, it works fine.
If I add the tab as a web link, it works fine.
Here is an error log if that helps ...

... one other thing, our Start Pages do redirect from .com to .eu.
