Hello,
I've built a Webex bot recently and I'm trying to make it accessible to people outside of the organization. Previously, you could search for the bot and add it, or have the user put their email address in a "sign up" site and the bot would initiate the conversation. Once the bot is added to the users webex, they can then interact with it.
I'm able to use the bot within my organization, however when using it from outside of the organization, none of the webhook messages are received for my application to process it. With the exception of when it's in a group chat with people outside of the organization.
Any idea on what may be causing this or if there is something additional that needs to be done?

@yusof.yaghi whether the bot is messages from the creator's org or from another should not make any difference. This might be something else. Can you please open a support case with us - email to devsupport@webex.com - and tell us the bot's email and send us the webhook payloads that you are using. You can get them via https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/webhooks/list-webhooks if you use the bot's token.
