Webex bots and GCP

I have several users who are trying to create Webex bots with applications hosted in Google Cloud Platform; but GCP is not allowing incoming webhooks because there's some kind of access token missing? Has anyone come across this issue and found a solution?

I'm not familiar with GPC but according to their docs, there is no mandantory token/secret. They suggest to use such a mechanism, but they do not require it.

That is basically what Webex does using the secret parameter as descibed in Authenticating Requests

Are they following the examples on https://cloud.google.com/run/docs/triggering/webhooks? Don't personally have any experience with GCP but if it's expecting authentication of some sort then it could be how they have it configured on the GCP side. If you can provide more details about what exactly it is they are doing we may be able to help further.
