Hi Team,
We are testing salesforce integration with webex app with call manager on-prem. Usually, salesforce agents do not save client numbers in E164 format because when they are using jabber, they have the option to edit the number before dialing, for example, in the attached screenshot, If the salesforce agent is making calls to 91-8289897062 via jabber, they have the option to add “+” or edit before dialing but this option is not available in Webex. Webex dials whatever number we save it in the salesforce. Is there an option to edit before dialing via Webex like Jabber?

@Dijin Divakaran it seems you have opened a support case for the same. Just to have the reply here as well:
Unfortunately, there is no option to change the number before dialing. Webex Calling expects the number to be a E.164 format and the integration doesn't provide an option for modifying the number so the number would need to be in E.164 format in Salesforce. If you'd like you can submit a feature request for this with your use case via https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/.
