In our main flow, we are setting the Global_Language and Global_VoiceName based on customer selection. The play msg work perfect in the main flow, but when we try to play msg in a sub flow, it is defaulting to the per-defined global variable value (set during configuration). I tried to find a way to access the Global_Language and Global_VoiceName but apparently there is not way that a sub flow has access to these global variables. I tried to pass them into the sub flow as a variable and use them in the SSML with Cisco Cloud TTS, but it looks like Cisco Cloud TTS is not supporting the SSML.
I know Google TTS is an option, but this involves an additional cost which we do not want.
Anyone faced this issue with webex contact center when trying to change the language and voice and play a message in a sub flow ?
Would like to know the workaround to this issue, if anyone got this working.

@Tejas9686 not familiar with that issue, but you can address that flow problem with TAC here https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tsd-cisco-worldwide-contacts.html
