Webhook events on mettings

Hi, I have configured a couple of webhooks to receive events when a meeting is started or ended, those webhooks are active and always my app returns a 2xx status code to prevent a possible disable status. However sometimes I receive the event, sometimes not, it is like random behavior.

Also I have the correct scope permissions to work on mettings.

Anyone know something about it, I used ngrok to publish my app.

might be an issue with ngrok, our webhooks aren't always capable of sending responses to ngrok targetURLs. Although it should be correctable with the fix given in this blog: https://developer.webex.com/blog/webhook-delivery-issues-with-ngrok . If that doesn't work, then it may be something else and in that case you would be best served to create a ticket with us (email to devsupport@webex.com) so that we can check it further and advise. Try to provide as much info as possible if creating a ticket, such as the full webhook JSON and meeting numbers that should have triggered the webhook.
