Webhook Not Triggered When Not Addressed To Person

Hi,

I've registered an webhook to get trigger when a new message is posted in an room.

But I only see callback events when

• Using Api: Message was posted in to an room POST (/v1/messages) or
• Using Webex: Message was posted in to an room directly addressing an person

I don't see callbacks "when an message is posted in to an room directly without addressing an person". Did anyone encounter this issue ? Any help is appreciated.

@RaviT are you using a bot here or an actual person? What you are describing here sounds a lot like a bot, they will only see group space messages where they are specifically mentioned.
