Xamarin Webex Library

Is there any official/unofficial library for Xamarin? We would like to implement Webex Chat to our app. I did not find any lib maybe someone here knows or have an idea.. Thank you

There is no official Xamarin lib for Webex and we've never seen an unofficial one either.
