Hi I wonder if any Blackboard integration expert can help with us we followed the instruction(url) to build a course tool within blackboard, everything works fine untili we start to launch a webex link in a course, it says: "Something went wrong and we couldn't launch Webex LTI. Contact your LMS administrator and try again later." the error from the url:
https://lti-status.webex.com/embed/script.js we have no ideal why and how this happens as it does not provide any details. anyone can help us with this issues?
