doubt about simultaneous translation

Hi! 

I need to attend some classes in Italian, and when I activate simultaneous translation, only English subtitles appear. From what I've read, it should also be possible in Italian, but I can't figure out how. I would appreciate if you could help me.

The translation options will depend on the host's licensing.  If you are still having this issue, I would recommend you reach out to the host or company offering the training to get more information on what they have available.
