Has anybody encountered issues where students joining via the browser are being prompted to enter the meeting password. Those joining via the Webex Meetings app are not being prompted to enter a password and are able to join the call. Previously all students, those on browser and those on Webex Meeting Apps were able to access without seeing the meeting password request.
Our cluster was upgraded to version 41.3 yesterday evening.

So is this getting worked on? Or where in Admin Console does this box get unchecked?

I have not heard of this but sometimes upgrades change the settings in Control Hub. I would recommend checking your default and site settings for Webex Meetings to see if it was enabled during the update to require a password when joining a meeting when using the browser.

Thank you for your response @Kathy N. We have raised a TAC case as our students, the ones that only have the option to join via browser/WebApp are now unable to get into their without being provided the meeting password. It does appear to be connected to the the recent upgrade (Password enforcement) and the Education Connect team are now involved so hopeful that they will be able to find a solution.
