Setting to allow for Unfiltered Sound during Webex Meeting via VoIP

Is possible to turn off the sound gate/ speech codec like what is offered in Zoom?

Because I teach music, and the audio gets filtered out when the same note is sustained over time during Webex Meeting via VoIP.

Hi @tyrtle ,

Webex Meetings and Events have "Music Mode", which was new in the 40.8 release in August 2020. You can turn on the feature by following the steps outlined on this doc - https://help.webex.com/en-us/k0yf2g/Enable-Music-Mode-in-Webex-Meetings-and-Events

Is there still no update on this?

Many other platforms such as ZOOM and Streamyard are so much more responsive and progressive than Webex as they listen and adjusting their platform according to the needs of their customers.

Because the other platforms are moving fast with features to suit their
customers' needs.
