Using Another Person's Email ID to Join Meeting

Hi can someone please clarify this? Participants can join a Webex meeting using another persons email ID even if that user associated with the email ID had logged in. so this means that the same email ID can connect into the one meeting twice, is there a way to restrict this? also is there a way on meeting center to invite into meeting with unique link so that no other user can join with the same link?

Guests may be required to register and obtain approval from the organizer before attending. Email invitations include registration instructions. Registration is available only if the meeting has a password, is non-recurring, is not restricted to invited attendees, and does not have the "Enter before organizer" option enabled. Attendees can still forward the meeting invitation to others or enter the meeting with a name and email address that does not match their registration.

These clarifications above are when one plans a meeting, which has a unique link.

you may or may not require registration for the meeting.
In the case of webex training, the user can only enter ONCE.

the planned meeting has a single link for everyone, there is no single link for every participant.
