webex 30000 error in I Pad

In Apple i pad getting error 30000 while using webex meeting. what is the solution for this? Anyone guide me.

Hi @Ramki Ooty ,

Do you know the version of Webex you are using on your iPad? I ask because I searched to see if there was a bug related to this error code, and I saw there was a bug resolved in March 2021 with this same exact issue and error code. On the bug details, it mentions the fix is simply updating Webex to the latest version. Let me know if that works for you. If not, feel free to let me know and we can dive deeper into this.

Sir thanks for your update. We already tried this option. It will works for some and not work for one or two. We uninstall both Chrome and Webex. Again reinstall the both apps it was working. Again next day we face the same error. Again we have to do the same procedure. We checked the particular i Pad for update. it was fully up to date. We need a permanent solution for this.
