Later this month, I'm holding a contest that spans 36 *consecutive* hours, and participants will join from multiple locations. I would like to keep a webex meeting open for the entire duration, encouraging participants to drop in whenever works for them. I, as the host, am likely to be connected most of the time, but NOT all of the time. I do not want the webex meeting to disappear when I (or indeed the last person) disconnects... the meeting should end when I explicitly choose to end it. What is the best way to accomplish this?
