Hi. I bought Cisco Webex Desk 4k Camera, but I can only find the low res 720/360 in my Webex.
I already tried camera resolution to 4096x2160 or 3840x2160 or 1920x1080.
Why?

1080p video is highest res. Some content is shared at 4k, however 4k video is not yet available.

You need to reach out to your CSM to get 1080p enabled on your Webex tenant.
