What would be acceptable Jitter, Latency and Packet Loss for audio and video on a WebEx Meeting. I have read multiple conflicting results and would like to get opinion from users in the field.

VoIP audio requirements are fairly well documented/accepted as the following:

- jitter < 30ms

- latency < 300 ms round trip

- loss < 1%

Anything over these will be noticeable on most platforms for voice issues.

You may be thinking of Cisco's announcement with respect to video, where they've introduced smoothing algorithms to account for packet loss:

It is my understanding that under 100ms of latency is acceptable along with Under 20ms of Jitter and Cisco WebEx on the back end will smooth out any packet loss below 10%. Does that sound legit as I have heard many different numbers.
