Hi All
I'm trying to use webex as a replacement to a regular cisco handset on my Android Galaxy A12.
I have noticed that on a restart, after logging into the phone, until the webex app is opened for the first time, no calls are received.
Once the app has been opened, then you receive calls.
I have the check box enabled for incoming calls in the calling section in settings.
There is no restrictions on permissions & Battery is optimised
Its on v42.3.0.115
Any Suggestions?

Hi @slaffoley,
this sounds like a push notification issue. Are you registering the Webex app to your on-premises CUCM environment? If so, have you deployed push notifications?

Our Phone system is SAAS based but will check with them on this to ensure our system is set up correctly.
