Android webex teams app always logout after several days.

I download the webex app from google play:

Login my company account but it will only remember the session a few days (2days maybe).

Then I opened the after 2 days the app needs me to login again. 

Why it cannot remember the account? It cause me lost many messages from others. Please help!

I am just guessing:

On Android every App claims some storage for "User Data" and "Cache":

As far as I know, "Cache" is just collected Data that piles up during usage.
But "User Data" contains relevant information like configuration-parameters, passwords etc.

Are you using any "clean-up" - Tools that possibly wipe Cache and / or User Data ?
Some Smartphones have clean-up tools built in; e.g. Samsung calls it "Device Care"...

You may want to check if such tools are active on your Device and try to disable them temporarily.

I didn't do that, btw I also install TG WhatsApp WeChat but only this app will have this issue.
