Attempting to share a PPT across Webex from Sharepoint

Hello!

I am attempting to share a PPT Presentation that is saved in Sharepoint across Webex. Any insight what the best way to achieve this would be besides sharing my screen. I tried the "Share Multimedia" but it would not display to the client as the client does not have access to our Sharepoint.

If you have the PowerPoint app installed on your computer, you can also share it using the app.  When you share a PowerPoint presentation using the app, you keep all your transitions and animations.  When you share it as a file, you lose your animations/transitions, but you get access to view your speaker notes and slide deck.  You will see these but the attendees will only see the page you've selected to display.

The same answer still applies. Try the method I suggested, you will see that the file gets displayed for all to see and you can control the presentation of the slides.

Download the PPT file to your desktop. Then click the "Share" button in Webex Meetings. Scroll to the bottom of the window and you will see an option to Share File.

Thank you for the reply. I apologize, I said to share, but I meant to display. I don't want to give the viewers the file rather have them watch it as a presentation.

Wade is correct. If you share the file, it doesn't give everyone the file, it just uploads it into the webex system and displays the PowerPoint for everyone to see. You have control over which slide everyone is viewing. I believe you will lose fancy animations and transitions.
