Audio Issue

I teach class in person and via WebEx.  I use a docking station to project my screen to two televisions.  When I use streamed video the televisions work fine but my WebEx students do not get the audio from the streamed video.  Is this a WebEx setting or a computer setting?  

 

Suggestions on a fix are appreciated.

Please make sure you did check the box at "share your computer audio" in the pop-up where you shoose the screen/windows to share.
For animations (= lots of motion) you may also want to check "optimize for video".
