The remote participants could hear me, but I could not hear them. I ended up calling in, which worked. For audio, I use a logitech speaker system connected to JBL headphones.

Since you are not able to hear the remote party, it can also be an issue with remote party's Microphone. please request remote part to verify his audio Settings too.

There were 4 or 5 other participants in the meeting and no one else had problems. I had my headphones plugged into the speaker and they could hear me, but I could not hear them. The app is telling me something is wrong as it says there is an incompatible microphone.

It is working now. It had to do with volume controls on the connector thing. The webex app still says no devices connected, but it is working now. Thanks all.
