Audiodg.exe high CPU when Cisco Webex Meetings app is running

For months I've been having high CPU caused by Cisco Webex Meetings app. When the app starts Audiodg.exe starts using 7-11% of my cpu without being in a meeting.

I constantly kill the Webex Meeting app to stop this but the app starts automatically periodically.

The constant CPU warms up my laptop pretty heavily and the fan is keeps going on high.

My laptop is Lenovo Thinkpad model 20HQS1AX00 running Windows 10 with latest windows updates. I am also using latest version of webex meetings app 40 2 18 5

Hey there, please try to uninstall and reinstall the application again. Let us know if this works!

thank you! i repaired the install (my organization does not allow uninstall) and that seems to have done the trick.
