For me, everything is still fine. On Feb 6th, there have been scheduled mothly updates, that why they might have appeared at that date. Best would be to reach out TAC for further analysis.
Have you tried resetting your Webex app's cache (Help->Health Check->Reset)?
Webex Site Administration is EOL since end of December 2023. You should have been migrated to Control Hub. Can you access your site via https://admin.webex.com/?
