Being asked to “set a password in settings” in Webex teams

Hi, as the title says, I was just opening Webex Teams as normal when I got a pop up saying I needed to “set a passcode from Settings” to continue using the app. Any idea what this means or how to get around it? I attached the photo below, I’ve tried logging out and back in and shut down my device.

Just guessing: is your Webex-Account managed by your employers IT-Dept ?
In case it is: perhaps they changed the password-complexity-requirements for webex-passwords?
Or - in case your Webex-PW is linked to your Windows-Password - perhaps your Windows-Password has expired?
