Best way to share video with audio

Hello!

What is the best way to share a video with audio as a presentation?

Also, is there a difference between WebEx Meetings, Training, Events in reference to video quality? For example, does on handle video sharing better than the others?

We have steered our users away from Training -- it works but it is not an up-to-date experience and most of the good stuff from Training has now been added to Webex Meetings. In terms of sharing content with audio--Meetings is the best experience in general because you can optimize for motion and video like the first reply detailed.

If you want to keep full control you may want to share your screen or the application-window playing the video.
Do not forget to check the options "optimize for video" and "share computer audio":

Keep in mind: the content you are sharing is your UPLOAD - just in case your internet-connection is asymmetrical.
If your upload-bandwidth is low, your video-sharing-performance will suffer...

At the moment Webex(-Teams) does not yet offer the same meeting-features, so called "full meeting experience" - compared to the old classic "Webex Meetings". (both can be used with the same license).

But Cisco is working hard on bringing both to the same level:

Webex-Events does not offer interactive features. It´s more considered for one-way communication - AFAIK.
Webex-Training: sorry, no idea, never seen in real life. Any input from the community?
