Black Screen when trying to share content

Good morning,

 

Yesterday I had to use a client's WEBEX platform to make a presentation and when I tried to share my screen, the preview showed them as being black. When I shared them they were black. At times they were fine. Any tips how I can "unblack" my screens should it happen again?

Sorry to hear you are having this issue. In the past, those who had this issue updated the graphics driver on their laptop and never saw the issue again. Not sure what graphics driver you have, but here is the link to the Nvidia official drivers downloads. - https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
