Blank page in Webex - ubuntu desktop app - after entering email id

I installed teh webex in  Linux (Ubuntu) system. When I started the app, it requested the email id, after providing the email ID input and then clicked NEXT. Then the page goes blank.

I tried login in browser and it works fine. After email id input (in the browser) it is redirected to my university server to input username and password. This stage is not working in webex Linux app.

Any idea how to solve the issue.

Looks like it  occurs if company is using double verification. So, after entering mail, you should be redirected to "company verification" and then back to WebEx.

I faced with blank white screen on Ubuntu 18.04 and no idea how to fix it.
