Hello - Is there any way to pre-plan/create breakout groups prior to the start of a WebEx Meeting? For example, if I will be hosting a meeting of 100 people, is there a way to upload 5 lists of 20 people 1 week prior to the meeting, to then breakout into 5 sessions during the meeting?
Sorry yes this is a common ask and we are aware. We cannot publicly discuss roadmap. If you are in touch with your partner or Cisco account team please ask them.
