Hi,
If it is just you who is having call drop issue, then try to isolate the problem:
- Is this happening when you join calls from your cell phone carrier (Sprint)? Do you have good carrier signal?
- Is this happening when you join from your cell phone using mobile meeting client with cellular data?
- Are you connected to home wireless network on your cell phone?
- Is your wireless network stable? Do you have enough bandwidth?
