camera not found

Until yesterday, Webex Meeting worked perfectly: I was connecting as a guest, microphone and camera OK.

Unfortunately, today, by connecting me, I have a message that tells me: camera not found!

I looked at my browser settings (Chrome): video is enabled.

I'm equipped with a mac book air.

I'm not familiar with Webex on a Mac but would recommend that you start by restarting your computer.  If that doesn't solve the problem, open a different app that uses your camera to verify that it is available in other apps as well.  If it is not available in another app, then the problem is a hardware or driver issue.  Good luck.
