Hi,
I’ve just set up a free Webex account and installed the Web Meet app on my iPad.
When I select ‘Start meeting” from the home tab on Web Meet on the iPad, I get the message:
“Cannot join or start meeting. The option of joining or starting meetings from your mobile device was turned off. For more information, contact your site administrator. To join or start a meeting now, please use a computer”
Well I don’t have a site administrator as I’ve set this up myself. There’s no indication on how to fix the issue.
Similarly, if I try to start a meeting from the meetings tab by pressing the ‘+’ button I get this message:
“Cannot schedule meeting. The option of scheduling meetings from your mobile device was turned off. To schedule a meeting now, please use a computer”
Again no information about how to fix this so I can use the iPad.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
