In a courtroom environment, I want to be able to enforce a video layout for all participants. I know it is possible for the participants themselves to change it on their own but I am unaware if there is an option to enforce a particular view. I am using a polycom system in the courtroom and am unable to physically interact with the webex interface as it is just a simple call-in and viewing setup for the polycom.
Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

According to this recent video, you can: https://youtu.be/v3rYeLDUWHY?t=147
Sadly I don´t know if this view ("stage layout") can be locked or can be changed by the participants...

Thank you @Fritz_H , this solution should be more than fine for the environment I'm expecting to use it in. I appreciate it!

I would recommend talking to your Cisco team to get a briefing on the roadmap. I know there are some things on the roadmap for Webex that are a few months out but there may be some pressure to move things up to be released sooner rather than the original go-live date. As Cisco gets pressure from competitors and customers they sometimes change their timeline.
