Hello, Webex world! I work for a local gov ... Howard County in MD. Mostly we use TEAMS but I have used Webex at least 10 times without a problem. Today I could not access it from either my desktop or my phone (both have worked in the past). On the desktop, I was asked for my email and password and then Microsoft wanted me to authenticate with a text sent to me. I received an Outlook email that stated "Activate" but that just brought me back to where I was when I pressed the green, "Join" button on Webex.
By telephone, I did not have the password or user number and could not obtain it.
None of these problems has ever occurred before. Webex has always been the easiest conferencing app to use. Does anybody have any idea of what is going on?

It sounds like you have an enterprise account and use AD for authentication. Have you checked with your IT department to see if they have enabled some multi-factor authentication requirements?
