If I want to start "Webex Teams" (downloaded from Webex.dmg) from shell I get:

From applications the start is also not possible. The app terminates immediately. A new installation doesn't solve the issue. A applications start with CTRL+Open also doesn't work. A start as admin is possible but not the goal.
What's wrong?
