My company needs to update Webex Softwares, to prevent the environment from vulnerabilities of Webex Teams and Webex Meetings old versions. Our endpoint detection management (Microsoft EDR) shows the hostnames with the old versions. However when I try to remotely connect in the host, I can't get the app information, specially, the GUID of the app, for remote uninstall.
There is any way to succesfully detect it and remove all the versions? If it is possible, I can quickly install the latest version of Webex, right after the complete uninstall.
