I am on Version: 44.6.2.30589. I have used Webex for years and I use two monitors.
Usually on my main screen I have my presentation, jumping between OneNote, Excel, Word, or proprietary software. On my second monitor, I have the participant panel, which shows the names and photos or live video of the participants, and lights up with who is speaking. Since the update I received earlier in the week, I can no longer see the participants while I'm presenting, which is not acceptable. I don't know what changed, but I need to find a way to get it back to 'normal'!
On what used to be the participant panel, I now can ONLY see one person, the current speaker. I can't take attendance or make sure that all the people who need to be paying attention to a certain topic are...
Any ideas? Hope I have explained this clearly enough.
