change profile picture

I know once you add a profile picture, you only have the option to replace it for another; however, I am not able to do that.  When I click on my picture, select Edit Profile, I get a blank screen with no options to replace a photo.  Suggestions?  I can do it via Webex, but not in Webex Teams.

Hi @Louise.StCyr, Which version of Webex Teams are you running?

I'm currently on the 40.12.0.17322 Windows version. If I click my current profile picture, select Edit profile in the menu list I then get the option to Change picture and then to save it. I've successfully changed it to a new picture then back again. Is this this the screen that appears blank to you?
