Changing/entering name when joining a meeting

Hi,

We have a general license that we share between services. When joining a meeting, some people would like to register with their own name but we generally don't find how to do this. Can you help?

Thanks for posting your question here. In Webex, you can't change your name in the meeting, but a workaround would be to take the meeting link and enter it into an incognito browser window. You can join from the browser and type in the name you want to be displayed. There might be other workarounds that our community members may have too.
