chat function

Hello Everyone,

My chat function has disappeared. I use WebEx meetings, not WebEx Teams. I had this function two weeks ago when logging on via the browser / website and not with a reminder link. Now it is completely gone. 

Can anyone tell me why or what has changed?

What i understood is, you dont see chat option in the meetings. Did you checked if chat is enabled on meeting options.

In the Meeting Parameters, I can only enable reactions and allow visitors to turn on their microphones
