I am working with Cisco anyconnect and on a mac big sur 11.4. The machine performed an automatic update. I now cannot connect to Cisco as it throws up an error to say that that the VPN cannot connect and is exiting.
Alongside this I have a pop up that says extensions are blocked but when I open system preferences to allow there is no button available to select. After researching online I can see this is an issue for quite a few people but does anyone have a solution to the problem and can Cisco help?
So far the IT Team have uninstalled and re-installed
Put the Mac into recovery mode
Installed different versions of the software and put some script in terminal
(NONE of the above have worked, can someone please shed some light?)
