I have a Cisco Room Kit with a LG 86UH5C-BF connected. Once I connect my laptop via HDMI the LG 86UH5C-BF will show the mirrored image of my laptop but then disappear after a few seconds. I also have ClickShare connected to my Cisco Room Kit and it seems to be working fine. Multiple laptops (PC and MacOS) do the same thing which makes me think it is a Cisco Room Kit setting.
I tried manually setting the output connection resolution from factory default (Auto) to the resolution of the TV: 3840_2160_30Hz and 3840_2160_60Hz but still nothing.
HDMI Cable Connected to PC>TV Shows Mirrored Image>TV goes blank after 2 seconds.
Wondering if anyone has a suggestion on what I can try.
