One of my colleagues showing the attached error when he login to the WebEx app from his windows 10
Login Error
Something went wrong, unable to fetch Webex server list.
User account should be normal as he can use to login in his mobile.
Other users has no problem on login so should not be network / firewall issue.
Suspect is PC issue, tried reinstall the apps to the newest version but no luck.
Any one has idea on how to fix it? thank you for the help.

PC, Mac and iPhone clients are inaccessible on most networks with firewall, but Android client is not affected. However, accounts that have been logged in are not affected too.

We are using Cisco Webex Meetings version 41.11.2.2

There is no WebEx, there is only Webex...
Which app version are you using? I assume you're using the Webex app, not the Webex Meeting app?
