Cisco WebEx Teams Client Crashing on Windows 10 during Conference from JTAPI application

Hello,

 

We are working on Agent Greeting application for Cisco WebEx Teams client (Version: 41.6.1.19162) on Windows 10

registered with our CUCM 12.5.1.

As Cisco WebEx Teams doesn't support Built-In-Bridge(BIB) so we are making CTI Port as 3rd participant and building conference when customer answers the call. Sometimes Cisco WebEx Teams client UI doesn't switch from consult call screen to conference screen (Shows Resume button) though conference is established and greeting starts playing. Both customer and caller are able to listen greeting. In this scenario (when screen not switching to conference screen) , Cisco WebEx Teams crashes during play. Sometimes it works perfectly with Teams, behavior is random.

We have tested our solution with Cisco hard phones and that works perfect.

We have also clicked on Cisco WebEx Teams "Send Log" option to upload logs.

Please let us know if this is known issue and any Service Packs available for the same.
