Dear WebEx Support,
My company's WebEx account doesn't work on M4 Mac Mini. When trying to log into WebEx on my MacBook Pro, I input my company's email and a web browser page pops out and the company's login site on Google Chrome web browser pops out so I need to input the password and the company's security token (6-digit).
However, after inputting the company email on WebEx on this M4 Mac Mini, I get this white background with black background to its left and right sides.
Please note that my default browser is set to Google Chrome. However, the company website on Google Chrome doesn't pop out.
How do I fix this issue?

I did go to Contact - Us - WebEx Help Center, which place should I go in order to create a case with Cisco?

you can go to https://mycase.cloudapps.cisco.com/case
Then click on open a case and select technology as below:
Once the case has been opened you will receive a ticket number named SR
