Can someone helps me on this issue?
I do not understand why users are able to schedule more than one concurrent meeting at the same time.
I was able to schedule 3/4 meeting at the same date/time and i was able to start 2 concurrent meetings.
Webex should be based on user licenses so every user should have it's own virtual room and schedule unlimited meetings but just one at a time.
Any help?
Thanks in advance.

We have used this many times as staff will sometimes need to be involved with meetings that overlap or they may be the staff person that coordinates meetings for their department. By scheduling multiple meetings at the same time, they can let someone else be the host and go in and out of various meetings as needed or join meetings late/early.

Hi Kathy
thanks for your reply. My concerning on this issue is: how many concurrent meetings can a host schedule and start? Is there an official document that explain this behavior? Because if you look in the Help Center you’ll not find informations on that, you can find only the statement:
one host = one concurrent meeting.
This is impacting also the sales opportunities.
thanks in advance!

As far as I know the rule is "one host = one concurrent meeting as meeting sponsor".
One paid license can only sponsor one concurrent meeting.
The meeting-sponsor is the participant with the highest license-"ranking".
This defines which features are available during that meeting.
perhaps this is helpful:

I guess, it´s the same for Webex-Meetings, but I did not find the appropriate Help-Article...
