Time Zone

Hey everyone. I have meetings coming up that are in different time zones than I am in. Does WebEx automatically change the time for meeting on my end to match my time zone or does it schedule the meeting in the time zone that the individual scheduled it in?

If you schedule the meeting with Outlook with the Webex productivity Tools (Outlook Add-In) and set the time-zone-parameter properly, all the time-zone-adjustments will be/should be handled by the participants eMail/Calendar-Software.
