Copy of sent invitation

Hi.  I'm new here.  Can anyone tell me if there is a way to get a copy of an invitation that was sent to a participant besides using Outlook because I schedule through the WebEx desktop app and not Outlook?

You will want to log into your webex site. It should be something along these lines (Sitename).wbex.com. Once logged in, click on the preferences tab on the left, then Scheduling, and click the box "Send a copy of the e-mail invitation to me". Lastly, click the "Save" button at the bottom.
