Hello there,
we received an invitation to an WebEx from company abc. We can join the WebEx via our app or webbrowser. When we try to connect to this WebEx meeting through a room by a WebEx Room Kit+, by typing in the access code on the tablet (e. g. 1234 567 8912) it will not join the WebEx Meeting, but immediately jump back to the start screen, no error messages.
When we do this with an WebEx meeting creating by our companie itself, it works without a problem. In both scenarios the room with the WebEx Room Kit+ is not invited or selected as location (since the room can't be booked from outside our company).
I looked through all the settings I could find, in the WebEx Control Hub - for the WebEx Room Kit+, for the companies settings, but I can't find a option that could be it.
Do you have an idea, what this could be?
