Error message when changing site URL in Webex desktop App

Hi community,
I have the new Webex Desktop App running on a windows 10 machine.
When I go into Settings -> Meetings, then select Default Webex Site URL and then select one of my sites (I have 4)
I get the following message; 
"We had a problem getting your latest personal room information from your webex site"

it's only on one of the sites, the others , I and change OK.
I suspect it might be that the site in question is on 41.2.10 (slow channel) whereas the ones I'm able to change are on 41.6.7 (slow) and one is one the latest

Any ideas?

Verify if Personal Room is enabled for the user's under this site.

Hi Nithin,
When I login to the Webex meetings desktop App choose that site, I'm able to access my personal room without problem. On the same laptop
